These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of this site.

PRODUCT PERCEPTION When you purchase any jewelry on this site, you as our client is responsible for ensuring that any jewelry you purchase from us does not come in contact with any substance that could damage your jewelry; this includes liquids, oils or harsh chemicals, excessive pulling, and dropping on hard surfaces.

All jewelry on our site can be gently cleaned with a damp cloth and dried thoroughly with a soft dry cloth to help keep its beauty.

And that you also acknowledge and understand that semi-precious gemstones, beads and findings used in the newly designed, pre-loved or vintage jewelry may change color or clarity over time with normal wear.

By placing your order with us you are accepting these Terms and Conditions.

PAYMENT Nemeste Jewelry reserves the right not to accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment or if there is found to be an error in pricing or content regarding the purchased item.

RETURNS All pre-loved, vintage and repaired vintage jewelry items on our site are discounted and non-refundable. We have done our best to inspect and/or repair any jewelry piece so that it is wearable and loved for many more years. Please check the photos yourself for condition.

And even though our Newly Designed jewelry pieces are lovingly designed with quality supplies, there is always a possibility that a piece is flawed in some way, therefore is returnable within 30 days of the receipt of the item if it qualifies under the product perception guidelines. If it qualifies, all you have to do is notify us of the details of the flawed item by email & include plus a closeup picture of the flawed area of the piece, we are pleased to offer two solutions:

1. Send you a replacement at no extra cost to you after receipt of flawed item plus a 15% discount on next purchase. The 15% coupon will be sent to you via email.

2. Send you a return address label to return the item in the same packaging with no replacement. This refund total is minus shipping and will be processed upon receipt of item.
